I have an undying passion for helping shelter animals, particularly dogs, find forever homes. All proceeds from my two online stores—Zazzle and Cafepress—go directly to Frederick County Animal Control, Maryland (the county's only shelter), for the purpose of helping animals get needed medical assistance as well as medical and other supplies and toys. The other goal is to raise awareness for shelter pets everywhere.Two fabulous dogs, KC and Maggie, are senior labrador retriever mixes who came in to the shelter together after their owner died. It is so heart breaking that they have been at the shelter since May! A discount is offered for adopting two dogs at once as well as for adopting dogs at least 5 years of age.
