Duke is about 4 to 6 months old. He was saved by PetConnect Rescue from a high-kill shelter in North Carolina. Duke is playful and fun-loving. He adores people and other dogs, is house trained and crate trained. He will surely make you laugh and your heart melt, as he is super sweet and wants to please. He has a silk, soft coat
that is dark brown on his head and legs, blending into the black fur on his
torso. A very playful and gentle boy, he has a wonderful temperament and
has loved every dog and person he has met. Duke loves entertaining himself (and
you!) with his silly antics: scratching his neck with one of his back
legs while standing, shaking fleece foxes and rabbits, and playing with a
tennis ball. Duke is quickly
learning his manners but, like all young dogs, he needs someone who is
home much of the day to continue his house training and socialization. He has been neutered and is heartworm negative and up-to-date on
