Izzy came to PetConnect Rescue from a shelter. Izzy and a doxie found
themselves at the shelter when their owner lost her home. Izzy came to
PetConnect and the doxie went to another group.Izzy is in a temporary foster home and the time runs out on 10/15. Izzy will then have to go into boarding. We are desperate to find her a foster home so this doesn't happen. To Izzy...I am sure it will feel like she is back at the shelter.
Izzy is about 2-3 yrs old, 75 pounds, spayed, up to date on shots,
heartworm negative and house trained. Izzy is a dog who would benefit
from a fenced in yard to run around in. Izzy does need daily walks to
keep her happy and mentally simulated.Izzy is great with other dogs (we think she really misses the dog she used to live with) and LOVES people. Izzy is a strong girl with a little stubborn streak, but that goes with her breed mix.
PetConnect will provide a collar/leash and any medical care should the
need arise. The foster provides love and food. Please help us keep
